SNOW STARTING TO MOVE OUT Good morning! The steady snowfall is beginning to move to the east in the Susquehanna Valley and will be coming to an end over the next few hours. Areas west of Harrisburg and York will see the snow end first while Lancaster and Lebanon counties will see the snowfall end a bit later.
